To use the tag command to switch to Germany, all you'd have to do is type the following. A country tag is a 3 character code that is unique to each country: Germany's is GER, France's is FRA, Spain's is SPA, etc.
These countries exist in the game files, but are not currently utilized in the mod (they were either inherited along with other tags from the New Nations Mod or have been removed for other reaons). The tag command, for example, changes the country you are playing as to the country with the country tag you specify as an argument.
